How do I look up CWD test results?

To look up your results, please make sure that:

Enter your full harvest seal number and choose the year of harvest where indicated by “Seal Number” and “Year”. Your seal number can be found in the permit system after you have checked in your deer either through tele-check, at an in-person check station, or through a participating taxidermist.

  • ** Please Note: Only surveillance data since 2021 can be provided at this time.

If you receive a positive CWD test, you should expect an email with next steps.
