- Description
The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, along with Ducks Unlimited, challenges hunters to complete the Nebraska Duck Slam. Harvest four duck species – American wigeon, mallard, Northern pintail and teal (blue-winged or green-winged) – in Nebraska, and receive an official certificate and Nebraska Duck Slam pin, as well as epic flyway bragging rights. Upon submission of the first verified duck species harvest, 2022-2023 participants will be entered into monthly drawings for prizes.
All duck species must be legally harvested during the 2022-2023 season. Harvests prior to Sept. 3, 2022 are not eligible for this year’s slam. All submissions must be received by midnight on Jan. 25, 2023 to be eligible for the Nebraska Duck Slam.
